Our Story
Evolve Rehab was founded in 2023 by Aristeidis Anagnostou and Dimitris Polyviou, a sports scientist and physiotherapist respectively, each with 10 years of experience in the field.
We recognized that many patients struggled to complete their rehabilitation exercises at home, which often led to slower recoveries and a higher risk of re-injury.

We set out to develop a system that would make it easier and more engaging for patients to complete their exercises and for the therapists to track their progress and provide support remotely.
